Jessica Pratt's eagerly anticipated solo album “Delirio” recorded with the Maggio Musicale Fiorentino orchestra and chorus and conducted by Riccardo Frizza.

A collection of the most challenging Belcanto masterpieces by Gaetano Donizetti and Vincenzo Bellini, inspired by the captivating exploration of altered mental states in 19th-century society.

The album includes selections from Lucia di Lammermoor, Emilia di Liverpool, Linda di Chamounix, I Puritani, and La Sonnambula with a strong focus on uncovering the original aspects of these compositions, such as performing Lucia in its original F major key with accompaniment from the Glassharmonica and resurrecting the long-forgotten larghetto "Nel silenzio della sera" from Linda di Chamounix.

This publication is available both as a digital download/stream through all the major dedicated platforms and as a physical CD directly from this website. The physical CD edition comes with a 24-page booklet featuring beautiful artist imagery and an introduction to the pieces written by Fabrizio Della Seta, renowned expert, author of numerous publications on the subject and curator of some of the major critical editions of these scores. Options to pick either English or Italian for the booklet language are available on this page.
